Our cookies are made fresh without any preservatives. Each cookie is heat-sealed for maximum shelf life—they’ll remain fresh for two weeks before starting to change in texture and taste.
For a freshly baked cookie, reheat in the oven for 2 to 4 minutes at 180°C/355°F, or enjoy straight out of the package.
If you don’t think you’ll consume the cookies within two weeks, we recommend freezing them as soon as you receive them. You can enjoy them for up to two months.

I can't say enough good things about TBE cookies...
Cutting out sugar has been a major lifestyle change, and treats like these are what make it sustainable — and actually enjoyable. These cookies are so good! Without trying to, Ive developed a taste memory for TBE cookies especially this one I.e. you could put it in a line up of other cookies and I would know instantly they were TBE cookies! There is something about the bites too - easy going, delicious and very not burdensome. Sometimes I want to make my coffee to go with the cookie so I can enjoy the combo but by the time the coffee is ready, the cookie is gone..so...stop making them so good 😂
